Walking through the ups and downs of the historic and medieval city of Assisi, I stopped in front of this very old and characteristic street that represents centuries of lived history.
Here St. Francis was born and lived (Assisi 1181 or 1182-ivi 1226), patron saint D'Italia, an Italian religious and poet who wrote the work of "The Canticle of the Creatures."
